I can tell that it does help. Super comfy! I can walk longer and not get tired. Buy them half size bigger as recommended. I love these shoes

I bought these for my knee pain. I strained my MCL (knee) and thought I would never run without pain again. I tried these for awhile around the house and to school. Very comfy. A little sore in the muscles I wasn't using when I wore shoes but the pain soon went away (both soreness and knee pain). I would definitely recommend these to anyone who loves the feeling of walking on grass barefoot. I feel like a child frolicking around

I'm not saying they are for everyone, but they've been great for me. I'd say that if you enjoy going barefoot and don't like wearing "vibram fivefingers sprint" then definitely try them. If you prefer to walk in shoes, you may find them strange.
